We are two brothers who grew up in the Bristol area. Design and Architecture has been in our veins from the very beginning where our father was a property developer and his partner was an Architect. It wasn’t long until we picked up the reins and formed our own Partnership together, where we’ve now been delivering 5 star architectural services to our clients ever since.
At Davies Architectural Services we specialise in a number of different residential project types across the South West to cover all our clients’ needs, including extensions, loft and garage conversions, new build houses and developments, flat conversions, HMOs any more.
As part of our service we offer free consultations where we attend your property, listen to your brief, discuss design considerations and then advise on the overall process. Following the consultation we issue you a fee proposal bespoke to your project for your consideration. Allowing bespoke quotations ensures maximum engagement per project and a process that is fit for you, as well as a cost effective and competitive solution. There is no obligation to continue with us after the consultation, though of course we would love to hear from you.
Meet Our Team
Joshua Davies – ONC HNC BSc (Hons) Architectural Consultant
Joshua Davies co-founded the company after graduating from The University of the West of England (rated 6th best for architecture in the country for that year). He has a wide range of experience in residential developments and domestic extensions to new bespoke housing developments. Joshua has over 15 years of experience in the design/construction industry obtaining a significant depth of knowledge across all aspects of the trade. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys playing golf, padel and socialising.
Joseph Davies – ONC HNC BSc (Hons) Architectural Consultant
Joseph Davies is a co-founding partner to Davies Architectural Services with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Joseph has a broad range of design, technical and delivery experience on domestic projects across the South West, which range from small-scale building works to full land development into domestic properties. Joseph has worked with a number of local construction professionals which has helped in providing the best possible service to our clients. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys socialising and playing sports with friends and family such as football and golf.
